Project chosen from sixteen initially submitted individual concepts for pavilion from entire studio through voting and multiple reviews with guests and clients.

Gateway Park Apartments Pavilion connects the apartment community to the outside world through a pier cutaway to reveal function, space and life. Sheltered by canopy overhead, this place becomes the center of the community by defining and unifying the central public space. Classes, meetings, picnics, games, conversations, exercises, and celebrations become the essence of the entire complex core.
